1. Do you offer set up services?

The L Collection is available for drop-off, delivery service only. Someone must be present to receive flowers.

 

2. How do I schedule delivery?

We will reach out via phone call, two weeks prior to the delivery date to schedule a drop-off time and acquire a point of contact.

3. Do you offer installations like arches or chuppas for weddings?

We do not offer on-site installation work with The L Collection. If you would like custom event installation, please click here to submit an inquiry.

4. Can I select the flowers, colors and vases?

The L Collection is semi-custom. You may provide one color request and one denied color. Vases will always be clear glass. Flowers are seasonal and are selected for the most perfect qualities at the time of your order.

5. How can I ensure the floral designs will match my event?

We suggest keeping most of the design elements such as stationery, bridal party attire, linens, etc. in neutral tones. Floral colors always coordinate well with white, black, navy, ivory, champagne, blush & various shades of nude.

6. What if I'd like flowers during the winter months?

One day, we hope to expand our growing season through the winter. However, at this time, flowers can only be ordered for delivery May-October.

7. What should I do if I am disappointed with the product?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services! Although we do not issue refunds, we will do our absolute best to make it right. If you have concerns with your order, please contact shop@loblolly.farm.

8. Can I purchase additional items not advertised in the shop?

We look forward to adding more product offerings to The L Collection, however, at this time, we only offer the products listed in the shop.

9. What is your return policy?

All Sales are Final. If there is an issue with your event or order please contact shop@loblolly.farm and we will do our best to work with you. If you have made an order by mistake, please contact shop@loblolly.farm within three days (72 hours) for a full refund.

10. How do I care for my flowers?

Care instructions are listed underneath each item in the shop. We will also provide care instructions upon delivery.
